Terms and Conditions of Endlessrope.nl, part of PowerX Fitness

General
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Endlessrope.nl and to every distance agreement concluded between PowerX Fitness and the consumer. PowerX Fitness is located at Midstraat 22A, 8501AP, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 69520895. VAT number: NL002327401B32.
Products
The products offered on Endlessrope.nl are described as completely as possible and in good faith.

Orders and Agreements
An agreement is concluded at the moment that an order confirmation has been handed over to the consumer or, in the event that the offer has been made via the internet site, has been sent by e-mail to the e-mail address specified by the consumer.

Prices and Payments
The stated prices for the products and services offered are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs. Payment can be made in the manner indicated on the site.

Delivery
PowerX Fitness will take the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders.

Return
When purchasing products, the consumer has the option of dissolving the contract without giving any reason during 14 days.

Complaints procedure
Complaints about the implementation of the agreement must be submitted to PowerX Fitness within a reasonable time, fully and clearly described.

Liability
Any liability of PowerX Fitness for any damage is expressly excluded, unless this is the result of gross negligence or intent.

Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions.
